Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography is Southeast Asia’s most important research center for marine life. Suppose you are the type of person passionate about discovering the ocean’s mysteries and want to learn about the life of sea creatures. In that case, you should once visit the Institute of Oceanography in Nha Trang.

The Institute is located on a high land, 20ha wide, near Cau Da port. The Institute of Oceanography was built in the coastal city of Nha Trang because it is not far from international waters and has the deepest coastline in Vietnam. Visiting the Institute, visitors will be able to see firsthand the museum that stores marine life with more than 4,000 types of creatures and over 20,000 specimens that have been preserved for many years. In addition, many species of sea creatures live in glass tanks.
